Exploring New Energy Vehicle Development Empowerment in the Context of Carbon Neutrality and New Infrastructure-Wuhan and Shiyan as Examples of Research Findings

基于碳中和及新基建的背景,对武汉市新能源汽车企业以及二手车市场进行调研,了解当前政策下省会城市对新能源汽车的发展赋能情况以及市场认可程度,并对素有“车城”之称的十堰市对比分析其产业布局现状、基础设施建设现状和汽车销售量与保有量现状,针对目前新能源汽车发展的基础设施问题、核心技术问题、二手交易市场以及新能源汽车安全问题,从国家层面、地区层面、企业层面和销售层面为新能源车发展赋能提出意见、建议。

Based on the background of carbon neutrality and new infrastructure,a study was conducted on new energy vehicle enterprises and the used car market in Wuhan to understand the development of new energy vehicles in the provincial capital city under the current policy and the degree of market recognition.It also compares and analyses the current industrial layout,infrastructure construction and vehicle sales and ownership in Shiyan,which is known as the"car city",and makes suggestions and recommendations for the development of new energy vehicles from the national level,regional level,enterprise level and sales level,with regard to the current infrastructure problems,core technology problems,second-hand trading market and safety problems of new energy vehicles.
