摘要 传统的机械机电自动化控制系统已经无法满足新时代的发展需要,同时也随之暴露出生产效率低、精准率等方面的问题,加强机械机电自动化控制系统的设计与创新已经成为必然趋势。随着物联网技术的不断发展,基于物联网数控加强机械机电自动化控制系统设计,可以弥补传统系统的不足,同时在生产效率、精准率方面也有了新的突破。从物联网概念入手,围绕基于物联网数控的机械机电自动化控制系统软硬件设计进行分析,以期促进机械机电自动化控制生产效率的提升。 The traditional mechanical electromechanical automation control system has been unable to meet the development needs of the new era,and also reveals the problems of low production efficiency and accuracy rate,etc.Strengthening the design and innovation of mechanical electromechanical automation control system has become an inevitable trend.With the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology,based on the Internet of Things numerical control to strengthen the mechanical electromechanical automation control system design,can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional system,while there is a new breakthrough in production efficiency,accuracy rate.Starting from the concept of Internet of Things,the mechanical electromechanical automation control system software and hardware design based on the Internet of Things CNC is analyzed,in order to promote the mechanical electromechanical automation control production efficiency.
