摘要 液压支架是煤矿综采过程中的主要支护设备,其工作状态对工作面的开采具有重要的影响。依据监控系统的功能需求采用分布式控制的方式设计了三层分布的液压支架监控系统,系统采用CAN总线通讯的形式,保证数据传输的安全性,通过井下的控制层进行液压支架的本地控制,井下监控层进行液压支架的监测,井上监控层进行工作面液压支架的远程监测及控制,实现液压支架的远程监控,提高煤矿的支护安全及开采效率。 The hydraulic support is the main support equipment in the process of comprehensive mining in coal mines,and its working condition has an important impact on the mining of the working face.The system adopts CAN bus communication to ensure the safety of data transmission.The downhole control layer is used for local control of the hydraulic support,the downhole monitoring layer is used for monitoring of the hydraulic support,and the uphole monitoring layer is used for remote monitoring and control of the hydraulic support at the working face,so as to realize the remote monitoring of the hydraulic support.This enables remote monitoring and control of the hydraulic support,which improves the safety of coal mine support and mining efficiency.
