摘要
城市轨道交通车辆上的电器设备和电器控制日益复杂,为了实现各种功能和逻辑控制,接触器在城市轨道交通车辆上的主电路以及控制电路的使用非常多。达到逻辑运算、小电流控制大负载、信息传达等等一些目的。但是接触器在不太友好的使用情况和粗糙的检修手法下,导致接触器在使用过程中的寿命大为削减。主要对某一型号城市轨道交通车辆的接触器的应用进行总结,然后对接触器的结构和工作原理进行讲解,再对接触器的故障形式进行总结,最后以某城市轨道交通车辆上接触器故障案例出现的原因和故障形式进行具体分析,并且结合现场的运用环境和检修流程提出预防故障措施,希望对技术人员查找与处理故障具有借鉴意义。
The electrical equipment and electrical control on urban rail transit vehicles are becoming increasingly complex.In order to achieve various functions and logical control,contactors are very much used in the main circuit as well as the control circuit on urban rail transit vehicles.To achieve logic operations,control large loads with small currents,communicate information and some other purposes.However,contactors are used in less than friendly conditions and with rough maintenance practices,leading to a significant reduction in the life of the contactors during use.The application of contactors on a particular type of urban rail vehicle is summarised,then the structure and working principle of the contactor is explained,then the failure form of the contactor is summarised,and finally the causes and failure form of a contactor failure case on an urban rail vehicle are specifically analysed,and failure prevention measures are proposed in conjunction with the application environment and maintenance process on site,in the hope that this will help It is hoped that this will help technicians to find and deal with faults.
