管道GPS巡护管理系统在输油管道的研究应用

摘要 靖咸输油管道是长庆油田重要的输油大动脉,输油管道及管道上各类设备的正常运行对保证油田生产具有重要意义。近年来,由于城市扩建、乡村外部施工交替频繁等客观因素,面对跨度长、站点多、外部环境变化多样的长输管道运行现状,如何通过数字化、智能化的手段进行管道巡护管理工作,从而提高管道巡护质量,成为各级管理人员共同思考的问题。开发基于GPS的管道巡护管理系统,旨在充分发挥地理信息强大的空间数据处理和分析能力,帮助管道巡护管理人员进行分析决策,确保管道始终受控运行,并持续保证管道安全、可靠。 The normal operation of the pipeline and all kinds of equipment on the pipeline is of great importance to ensure the production of oil fields.In recent years,due to objective factors such as urban expansion and frequent external construction in the countryside,in the face of the long span,many stations and various changes in the external environment,how to carry out pipeline patrol management through digital and intelligent means,so as to improve the quality of pipeline patrol,has become a common problem for managers at all levels to consider.The development of a GPS-based pipeline patrol management system aims to give full play to the powerful spatial data processing and analysis capabilities of geographic information to help pipeline patrol managers make analytical decisions,ensure that the pipeline is always under control,and continuously ensure the safety and reliability of the pipeline.
