摘要
门式起重机属于特种设备的典型代表,通常被应用于室外物料装卸作业中,该种起重机因具备较强的通用性和场地利用率高的特征在各类货场中被广泛应用。而随着起重机应用频率的增大,其中的安全使用风险也逐渐暴露,为了提高门式起重机的运行可靠性,急需应用无损检测技术对门式起重机的关键组成构件进行安全检测。因此围绕无损检测技术在门式起重机检测中的具体应用展开研究。
Gantry crane is a typical representative of special equipment,usually used in outdoor material handling operations,the crane has a strong universal and high site utilization characteristics in all types of yards are widely used.With the increased frequency of crane applications,the safety risks are gradually exposed,in order to improve the operational reliability of portal cranes,the urgent need to apply non-destructive testing technology to the key components of portal cranes for safety testing.Therefore,around the specific application of non-destructive testing technology in the detection of portal cranes to carry out research.
