Based on the continuous development of pattern recognition technology,the meaning of pattern recognition and the mainstream methods of pattern recognition application are introduced,the existing problems about pattern recognition and methods are presented,and finally the application of using pattern recognition technology in the process of image processing is exemplified.Pattern recognition has greatly contributed to the efficiency of image processing work and has played a role that cannot be underestimated in the fields of medicine,identity verification,transportation networks,etc.
