The manifestations of electrical control system faults are introduced,including control board faults,inverter faults,relay faults,safety circuit faults,door lock circuit faults and electromagnetic interference faults,and maintenance solutions for lift electrical control system faults are proposed.The analysis concludes that although staff can analyse the causes of faults and carry out maintenance work based on their own experience,specific analysis should be carried out for the actual situation in order to ensure the quality of the work and to guarantee the quality of problem solving.
