摘要
从转向架和构架的内涵入手,对先进构架产品制造技术的实践意义进行了分析,并对制造技术进行了比较和分析,并提出了对焊接部件进行温度控制的方法。变形与焊接技术、焊具确保加工表面位置的准确性是一种先进的工艺技术,但整个焊接后的整体式退火属于逆向工艺,应该予以废除。针对目前国内机车转向架构架生产技术存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。
Starting from the connotation of bogies and frames,the practical significance of advanced frame product manufacturing technology is analysed,and manufacturing technology is compared and analysed,and a method for temperature control of welded components is proposed.Deformation and welding technology,welding tools to ensure the accuracy of the processing surface position is an advanced process technology,but the whole welding after the integral annealing is a reverse process,should be abolished.For the current problems of domestic locomotive bogie frame production technology,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
