基于CFD的径向滑动轴承流体润滑仿真优化及分析

摘要 文章以不同结构特性的径向滑动轴承模型参数为基础,通过使用CFD分析方法,并进行基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的优化分析,开展一定工况的径向力、转速、供油压力下不同结构的径向轴承流体动压油膜流场仿真分析,得到相应的压力分布、温度分布、内部流动状态和进出口流量等。分析相应润滑结构特点对流体润滑参数的影响及各自的优缺点,为径向滑动轴承润滑结构的设计、研发及仿真优化提供了依据。
