民办本科高校护生人文关怀现状与职业成熟度的相关性研究

The current status of humanistic care ability of nursing students in a private college and its correlation with career maturity

目的:了解民办本科高校护生人文关怀能力、职业成熟度现状及两者的相关性,为高校管理者制订护理人才培养方案提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法选取安徽省某民办高校243名护生,采用一般资料调查表、人文关怀能力量表与职业成熟度量表进行问卷调查。护生的关怀能力、职业成熟度的相关性采用Pearson相关分析,采用多元线性回归分析护生职业成熟度的影响因素。结果:243名护生的人文关怀能力量表总分为(178.29±12.83)分,职业成熟度量表总分为(111.54±10.41)分,人文关怀能力与职业成熟度呈正相关(r=0.425,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,勇气、认知与耐心均进入回归方程(P<0.01)。结论:民办高校护生的人文关怀能力与职业成熟度呈正相关,但两者均处于中低水平,高校与教学医院应加强对护生人文关怀能力的培养和职业生涯教育。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the humanistic care ability and career maturity of nursing students in a private college,and to provide basis for college administrators to formulate nursing personnel training program.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 243 nursing students from a private college in Anhui Province were enrolled.General data questionnaire,caring ability inventory scale and career maturity scale were used for questionnaire survey.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between humanistic care ability and career maturity of nursing students.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of career maturity of nursing students.Results:The total score of humanistic care ability scale of nursing students was(178.29±12.83),and the total score of career maturity scale was(111.54±10.41).There was a positive correlation between humanistic care ability and career maturity(r=0.425,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that courage,cognition and patience were all enrolled the regression equation(P<0.01).Conclusions:There is a positive correlation between humanistic care ability and career maturity of nursing students in a private college,but both of them are at a middle and low level.Colleges and teaching hospitals should strengthen humanistic care ability training and career education for nursing students.
