摘要
选区激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)数据前处理主要包括支撑设计、切片方法、路径规划等内容。首先总结了支撑生成算法及自支撑中的模型拓扑优化和悬垂结构拓扑优化算法,提出了对自支撑优化算法的展望,然后回顾了传统的STL模型切片和当前热门的无STL切片方法,针对路径规划环节总结了常用的路径规划算法的生成方法及优缺点。在此基础上,结合目前激光选区熔化的研究热点:梯度材料打印、仿生结构打印、非传统光源打印、热/力性能定制打印等,对当前路径规划的新需求——路径评估与检测、单层路径优化、多层路径协同优化进行了分析与展望。最后,给出了支撑设计、切片方法和路径规划未来的研究方向。
Selective laser melting(SLM)data preprocessing mainly includes support design,slicing method,path planning,etc.First of all,this paper summarized the support generation algorithm and the model topology optimization and suspension structure topology optimization algorithms in self-supporting algorithm,put forward the prospect of the self-supporting optimization algorithm,then retrospected the traditional STL model slicing algorithms and the newest STL-free slicing algorithm,and summarizes the generation algorithm,advantages and disadvantages of the general path planning algorithms for the key link of path planning.On this basis,by introducing the current research hotspots of laser selective melting:gradient material,bionic structure,non-traditional beam printing,thermal/mechanical performance printing customization,the new requirements of current path planning-printing path detection and evaluation,single-layer path optimization,collaborative optimization of multi-layer path were analyzed and prospected.Finally,the future research directions of support design,slicing method and path planning were presented.
