大型游乐设施使用寿命延期评价现状及展望

Current Situation and Prospect of Life-extending Evaluation of Large-scale Amusement Ride

大型游乐设施的高空、高速、高刺激特性使其天生具有高风险性,必须密切关注其安全问题。近年来,国内众多大型游乐设施正逐渐面临使用寿命到期的问题,有必要开展大型游乐设施延期评价工作,实现保障设备经济价值及设备运行安全之间的平衡。针对国内大型游乐设施延期使用的各项评价要求,梳理了与游乐设施延期相关的法律法规及其更新历程,综述了现有大型游乐设施风险评估及延期评价研究工作,并结合行业现状对未来大型游乐设施延期评价相关研究方向进行了展望,以期推动大型游乐设施行业更好更快发展。

Large scale amusement ride has the characteristics of high altitude,high speed and high stimulation,which make them inherently high-risk,and close attention must be paid to their safety issues.In recent years,many large scaleamusement ride in China are gradually facing the problem of expiration of their service life,and it is necessary to carry out the extension evaluation of large amusement ride.In view of the various evaluation requirements for the life-extending of large scale amusement ride in China,the laws and regulations and their update process related to the life-extending of large scale amusement ride were combed,the existing research work on the risk assessment and lifeextending evaluation of large scale amusement ride was summarized,in combination with the current situation of the industry,the research directions related to the extension evaluation of large recreation facilities in the future were prospected,so as to promote the better and faster development of the large recreation facilities industry.
