摘要 应用ADAMS软件和CITIA软件对包装机封盒底凸轮机构进行虚拟样机建模仿真及分析。针对传统的图解法求解凸轮轮廓曲线效率低误差大的不足的问题,首先在ADAMS中建立连杆滑块机构,根据执行件滑块的运动规律,利用反转法和ADAMS的轨迹追踪功能,求得凸轮的轮廓曲线,再借助CATIA软件的三维建模功能,得到槽形凸轮的三维模型,再导入ADAMS中添加约束和驱动对机构进行仿真分析。将测量得到的执行件的位移、速度、加速度曲线与理论值对比,结果表明此方法求解出的凸轮轮廓满足轨迹要求,且误差很小。通过添加接触力模拟凸轮实际受力情况,测量得到最大驱动力矩为3057 N·mm,稳定运行后驱动力矩为810 N·mm,为包装机封盒底机构后续进行动力学分析提供了参考。提出的凸轮机构轮廓曲线求解方法同样适用于其他轨迹要求的设计,为方便、快捷、高精度地设计凸轮轮廓曲线找到一种新的方法。 The virtual prototype of the bottom sealing mechanism of packaging machine was modeled,simulated and analyzed based on ADAMS and CATIA.In view of the low efficiency and large error of the traditional graphic method in solving the cam contour curve,the cam contour curve was obtained by using the inversion method and the create trace spline function of ADAMS,with the help of the threedimensional modeling function of CATIA software,the three-dimensional model of the grooved cam was obtained,and then imported into ADAMS to add constraints and drives for the simulation analysis of the mechanism.The displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the actuator were obtained by simulation.The comparison with the theoretical values showed that the calculated cam contour met the trajectory requirements and the error was very small.The cam contour solution method was suitable for the design of other trajectory requirements.By adding the contact force to simulate the actual stress of the cam,the measured maximum driving torque was 3057 N·mm,and the driving torque after stable operation was 810 N·mm.It provided a reference for the follow-up dynamic analysis of the bottom mechanism of the packaging machine.The proposed method for solving the contour curve of cam mechanism was also applicable to the design of other track requirements.A new method was found for designing the contour curve of cam mechanism conveniently,quickly and accurately.
