导向钻井工具稳定平台骨架减振环敏感性参数研究

摘要 在导向钻井工具稳定平台中,由于稳定平台内存在各种电子元器件,这些电子元器件在经过长时间且复杂的振动后会导致稳定平台产生共振或者疲劳,故而对稳定平台进行减振性能分析就显得十分必要,对骨架减振环敏感性参数进行了分析研究。运用Solidworks软件建立减振环的三维模型,并且利用仿真软件进行减振环的动刚度和损耗因子研究,根据在仿真软件中得到的结果,在Origin软件中利用得到的数据作出其动刚度和损耗因子的影响曲线图,分别研究了减振环内径、外径和高度对减振环动刚度和损耗因子的影响,同时研究了激励频率和激励振幅对减振环动刚度和损耗因子的影响。经过分析可以得出在仿真考虑的因素内,减振环的动刚度对外径、内径、高度的敏感程度为:内径>外径>高度,且激励频率和激励振幅对减振环动刚度和损耗因子的影响可以忽略不计。 In the stabilized platform of the guided drilling tool,there are various electronic components in the stabilized platform,which will cause resonance or fatigue of the stabilized platform after a long and complex vibration.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the vibration reduction performance of the stabilized platform.The sensitivity parameters of the skeleton damping ring were analyzed and studied,Solidworks software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the damping ring,and the Ansys software was used to study the dynamic stiffness and loss factor of the damping ring.According to the results obtained in the simulation software,the Origin software used the data obtained to draw the influence curve of the dynamic stiffness and loss factor,and respectively studied the influence of the inner diameter,outer diameter and height of the damping ring on the dynamic stiffness and loss factor of the damping ring.At the same time,the effects of excitation frequency and amplitude on the dynamic stiffness and loss factor of the damping ring were studied.According to the analysis,among the factors considered in the simulation,the sensitivity of the dynamic stiffness of the damping ring to the outer diameter,inner diameter and height is:inner diameter>outer diameter>height,and the influence of the excitation frequency and amplitude on the dynamic stiffness and loss factor of the damping ring can be ignored.
