摘要
城乡义务教育一体化作为推进基本公共教育服务均等化的重要举措,在促进教育公平、缩小城乡教育发展差距中发挥关键作用。以新一代信息技术为支撑的数字化转型,对推动城乡学校数字校园一体化建设、优质师资双向合理流动、治理体系一体化建构具有重要价值功能。当前我国城乡学校的“新数字鸿沟”和优质教育资源差距仍较明显,数字资源融合机制建设困难重重,严重阻碍着一体化发展进程。突破困境的关键在于:要加快乡村学校基础设施数字化转型与应用技能提升,增强乡村优质教育资源本土培育和数字化挖掘,提升城乡数字化教育资源治理水平和安全保障能力。
As an important measure to promote the equalization of basic public education services,the integration of urban and rural compulsory education plays a key role in promoting equity in education and narrowing the gap between urban and rural education development.The digital transformation supported by the new generation of information technology shows significant value function in promoting the integration of digital campus construction in urban and rural schools,the two-way and reasonable flow of excellent teachers,and the integrated construction of governance system.At present,there still exist obvious“new digital divide”and gap between high quality education resources between urban and rural schools in China,and there are so many difficulties in the construction of digital resource integration mechanism,both of which seriously hinders the process of integrated development.The key to break through this dilemma lies in the efforts to accelerate the digital transformation in rural schools and improve their application skills,enhance the local cultivation and digital mining of high-quality rural education resources,and improve the governance level and security guarantee ability of urban and rural digital education resources.
