基于文献计量的医疗器械使用管理研究热点分析

Research and analysis of medical device use management based on bibliometrics

目的:分析医疗器械使用管理的研究热点和发展方向,为医疗器械使用管理研究提供参考依据。方法:检索2000年1月1日至2022年6月17日中国知网(CNKI)数据库中医疗器械领域有关使用管理的文献,使用文献计量学方法进行统计分析,结合CiteSpace软件对结果进行可视化展示。结果:检索获得有效文献590篇,年均发表文献26.41篇;关键词高频词依次为管理、放射性、医疗器械和安全管理,聚类分析最具代表性的关键词依次为医疗设备、手术室、医疗器械和低值耗材;发表期刊中《医疗装备》发表文献总数76篇(占12.88%)最多;第一作者单位按照省份统计,广东省发表文献总数54篇(占9.15%)最多;第一作者单位类型中医疗机构发表文献总数504篇(占85.42%)最多。结论:医疗器械研究关注重点逐步细化,研究对象逐步多样,文献发表数量和研究热点与政策相关,医疗机构、华东地区是医疗器械使用管理文献重要贡献者。

Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and development directions of the use and management of medical devices,and to provide reference for the research on the use and management of medical devices.Methods:The literature on use management in the field of medical devices in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2000 to June 17,2022 were retrieved,and statistical analysis was conducted by using bibliometric methods,and the results were visualized in combination with CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 590 effective literatures were retrieved,with an average of 26.41 literatures published annually;the high-frequency keywords were management,radioactivity,medical devices and safety management in that order,and the most representative keywords of the cluster analysis were medical equipment,operating room,medical devices and lowvalue consumables in that order;among the published journals,Medical Equipment published the most articles with 76 articles(accounting for 12.88%);according to the statistics of the first author's institution,Guangdong Province had the most published literature with 54(accounting for 9.15%);among the first author's institution,medical institutions published the most with 504 articles(accounting 85.42%).Conclusion:The focus of medical device research is gradually refined,and the research objects are gradually diversified.The number of published literatures and research hotspots are related to policies.Medical institutions and East China are important contributors to the literature on the management of use of medical devices.
