和若铁路装配式挡土墙承载性能试验研究

摘要 为推广装配式挡土墙在铁路行业中广泛应用,以和若铁路为工程背景,现场制作了1∶1实体模型,进行装配式挡土墙在压推荷载作用下承载性能的研究。研究结果表明:承插型悬臂式挡土墙在220.90 kN荷载作用下底座过早开裂且墙体与底座连接处微膨胀砂浆开裂脱落,墙体位移较大趋于倾覆,墙体与底座连接处变形较大。采用微膨胀砂浆后浇的连接方式不能有效连结墙身和底座。基于上述破坏原因重新设计了一种新型对拉螺杆式装配式挡土墙并进行加载试验。试验结果表明,挡墙在400 kN荷载作用下完好,未出现开裂现象,满足实际工况承载要求;采用对拉螺杆连接方式可有效增强墙体与底座之间的连结性,大幅度提高挡墙整体的稳定性和承载能力。 In order to promote the widespread application of prefabricated retaining walls in the railway industry,a 1∶1 solid model is produced on site based on the engineering background of Hetian-Ruoqiang Railway.The bearing performance of the fabricated retaining wall under compressive thrust load is studied.The research results show that the base of the socket-type cantilever retaining wall cracks prematurely under the load of 200.90 kN,and the micro-expandable mortar cracks and falls off at the connection between the wall and the base.In addition,the wall displacement is large and tends to overturn,and the deformation at the connection between the wall and the base is large.The connection method of post-pouring with micro-expandable mortar cannot effectively connect the wall and the base.Based on the above-mentioned failure causes,a new type of opposite-pull screw assembled retaining wall is redesigned and loading test is carried out.The test results show that the new retaining wall is intact under the load of 400 kN without cracking,which meets the bearing requirements of actual working conditions.The use of opposite-pull screw connection can effectively enhance the connection between the wall and the base,and greatly improve the overall stability and bearing capacity of the retaining wall.
