摘要
心肌损伤是一种疾病状态,可以继发于缺血缺氧、免疫反应、代谢障碍、创伤、感染等各种因素,一旦出现将直接影响患者预后。其潜在机制包括氧化应激、炎症反应、能量代谢异常、凋亡途径激活、线粒体途径等,其中,线粒体的功能障碍是重要因素。越来越多研究表明介导线粒体途径可改善心肌损伤。参附注射液已广泛用于治疗各种心血管疾病,然而,有关机制仍有待充分阐明。本综述以线粒体为靶点,从线粒体动力学、线粒体能量代谢、线粒体结构、线粒体氧化应激等方面,介绍参附注射液对心肌损伤保护作用。
Myocardial injury is a disease state,which can be secondary to various factors such as hypoxiaischemia,immune response,metabolic disorder,trauma,infection and so on.Once it appears,it will directly impact the prognosis of patients.The underlying mechanisms include oxidative stress,inflammatory response,abnormal energy metabolism,activation of apoptosis pathway,mitochondrial pathway,etc,in which mitochondrial dysfunction is a crucial contributor.The growing researches have shown that mediating mitochondrial pathway can alleviate myocardial injury.Shenfu injection has been widely applied to treat various cardiovascular diseases.However,the relevant mechanism remains to be fully clarified.With mitochondria as the target,protective effect of Shenfu injection on myocardial injury was introduced in this review from the aspects of mitochondrial dynamics,mitochondrial energy metabolism,mitochondrial structure,mitochondrial oxidative stress,etc.
