TBL联合CBL在中西医肺病学科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于团队的学习法(TBL)联合基于案例的学习法(CBL)应用于中西医肺病学科临床教学中的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月芜湖市中医医院呼吸与危重症医学科中医专业或者中西医结合专业的二年级规培生50名,按照随机方式分为两组,对照组采用教师讲授为主的传统教学方法进行教学,观察组采用TBL-CBL教学方法进行教学。比较两组学习结果和学员满意度。结果教学后,与对照组相比,观察组基础理论知识成绩、实践技能操作成绩及总成绩均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为92.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中西医肺病科临床教学工作中,TBL和CBL融合教学方法可提高基础知识掌握程度和实践操作能力,提高教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of the application of team-based learning(TBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of pulmonary disease discipline of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods A total of 50 sophomores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)major or integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine major receiving standardized training in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups in a random way.The control group was taught by the traditional teacher-centered teaching method,while the observation group was taught by the TBL-CBL teaching method.The learning results and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the scores of basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills and operation ability as well as the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of TBL combined with CBL in the clinical teaching of pulmonary disease discipline of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve students’basic knowledge and practical operation ability,and promote teaching satisfaction.
