社区老年糖尿病患者健康商数水平的调查分析

Survey and analysis of health quotient levels of community-level elderly diabetic patients

目的了解社区老年糖尿病患者的健康商数水平,为其健康管理提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法选取牡丹江市东安区、西安区、爱民区、阳明区的8所社区卫生服务中心356例社区老年糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果社区老年糖尿病患者健商总分为(61.78±10.80)分,处于值得警惕状态,不同条件对社区老年糖尿病患者的健商水平具有影响,特别是家庭月收入、文化水平等维度均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。退休的社区老年糖尿病患者在自我保健、健康知识及生活方式与精神状态维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活方式和生活技能维度社区老年糖尿病患者健商得分明显高于自费人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),自我保健维度得分随着患病年数增长而降低(P<0.05)。结论社区老年糖尿病患者健商水平有待提高,社区卫生服务人员应注重改善其健商水平,以提高自我管理能力。

Objective To understand the health quotient levels of community-level elderly diabetic patients,so as to provide a basis for their health management.Methods A total of 356 community-level elderly diabetic patients from 8 community healthcare centers in Dong'an District,Xi'an District,Aimin District and Yangming District of Mudanjiang City were selected by using the multi-stage random sampling method for a questionnaire survey.Results The total score of health quotient of elderly diabetic patients in community was(61.78±10.80)points,which was in a state of alarm.Different conditions had an impact on the level of health quotient of elderly diabetic patients in community,especially the monthly family income,education level and other dimensions were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in self-care,health knowledge,lifestyle and mental state among retired elderly diabetic patients in community(P<0.05).The health quotient score of elderly diabetic patients in community with lifestyle and life skills was significantly higher than that of self-payment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of self-care decreased with the increase of the number of years of disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The health quotient levels of community-level elderly diabetic patients need to be improved,and community healthcare providers should focus on improving their health quotient levels,thereby enhancing their self-management ability.
