慢性根尖周炎和牙髓炎给予一次性根管治疗的效果观察

Effect Observation of One-Off Root Canal Therapy on Chronic PeriapicalPeriodontitis and Pulpitis

目的 探究一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎和牙髓炎的效果。方法 选择2019年1月-2020年6月本院收治的38例慢性根尖周炎和牙髓炎患者为研究对象,采用数字随机法进行分组,19例接受分次根管治疗纳入对照组,19例接受一次性根管治疗纳入观察组,对疾病治疗效果进行分析观察,同时探究治疗后疼痛程度。结果 患者治疗效果对比情况,观察组治疗有效率100.00%,相比于对照组78.95%治疗有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者疼痛VAS评分比较,观察组与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性根尖周炎和牙髓炎的临床治疗中,采用一次性根管治疗的效果确切,相比于分次根管治疗效果更好,且治疗后患者疼痛得到有效缓解,总体的治疗效果突出,应该在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate effect of one-off root canal therapy on chronic periapical periodontitis and pulpitis.Methods The paper chose 38 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis and pulpitis from January 2019 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups by digital randomization.19 cases in control group were treated with root canal therapy in several times,19 cases in observation group with root canal therapy in one time.Treatment effect of disease was analyze and observed,and pain degree after treatment was explored.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 100.00%,higher than control group(78.95%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis and pulpitis,one-time root canal therapy can achive accurate effect,with better effect than fractional root canal therapy,can relieve pains of patients effectively after treatment,with significant overall treatment effect,which should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
