开塞露辅助治疗小儿内科急性呕吐腹痛的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Suppositories Glycerol in Treatment of AcuteVomiting and Abdominal Pain of Children

目的 分析小儿内科急性呕吐腹痛患儿治疗过程中应用开塞露进行辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法 于2018年2月-2021年2月本院小儿内科急性呕吐腹痛患儿中择取100例进行实验,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组,每组各50例,参照组患儿实施常规疗法,实验组以常规疗法为前提,再为患儿提供开塞露疗法,比较两组患儿疼痛程度、临床效果、生活质量及症状改善时间。结果 治疗前疼痛评分比较无突出差异(P>0.05);治疗后组间评分比较有突出差异(P<0.05),即实验组低于参照组。实验组患儿治疗成效96.00%与参照组78.00%的成效相比较高,差异突出(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿的精神状态、总体健康、情感职能及生理职能评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后组间评分比较,差异突出(P<0.05),实验组评分高于参照组。实验组患儿的临床症状改善时间较参照组用时短,差异突出(P<0.05)。结论 小儿内科治疗急性呕吐腹痛患儿时,可以应用开塞露药品进行辅助疗法,能够较迅速缓解患儿腹痛、呕吐症状,临床效果十分优秀。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of suppositories glycerol in treatment of children with acute vomiting and abdominal pain.Methods The paper chose 100 children with acute vomiting and abdominal pain in pediatric internal medicine department of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 for experiment,and divided them into reference group and experimental group with random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine therapy,and experimental group with suppositories glycerol based on routine therapy.Pain degree,clinical effect,life quality and symptom improvement time was compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in scores between groups(P<0.05),those of experimental group were lower than reference group;treatment effect of 96.00%of experimental group was higher than 78.00%in control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in scores of mental state,general health,emotional function and physiological function(P>0.05).After treatment,scores between two groups showed(P>0.05),with significant difference.Scores in experimental group were higher than reference group;improvement time of clinical symptoms in experimental group was shorter than reference group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Auxiliary therapy of suppositories glycerol can relieve symptoms of abdominal pain and vomiting rapidly of children in pediatric internal medicine department,with significant clinical effect.
