诺欣妥联合芪参益气滴丸治疗高血压合并心力衰竭疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Noxintuo Combined with Radix AstragaliReplenishing Qi Dropping Pills in Treatment ofHypertension Complicated with Heart Failure

目的 针对高血压合并心力衰竭的治疗,使用诺欣妥与芪参益气滴丸联合治疗的临床治疗效果分析。方法 从2019年12月-2020年12月甘肃省武威市凉州医院高血压合并心力衰竭病患中选取400例作为研究目标,按照入院时间分为观察组200例与对照组200例,对照组病患采用临床疾病常规治疗方法——诺欣妥口服治疗,观察组病患实施诺欣妥联合芪参益气滴丸治疗,全部病患均接受180d的治疗,分析两种治疗方式下病患的心率、血压、心功能疗效心动图参数、B型利钠肽前体(pro-BNP)与C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标的差异。同时对比病患的复发率与住院耗时。结果 心功能显效率与整体治疗有效率比较,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前病患的心率、血压、脉搏、左心室舒张末期(EDV)、收缩末期血容量(ESV)、心输出量(CO)、射血分数(EF)、每搏输出量(SV)、pro-BNP与CR水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组病患上述指标均显著变化,并且观察组的变化程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组复发率更低,且住院耗时更短,比较结果存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论 针对高血压合并心力衰竭疾病的治疗,联合使用诺欣妥与芪参益气滴丸可以明显改善病患的心功能,促进各项临床生命体征发生积极的变化,降低病患pro-BNP与CRP水平,两种药物联合使用的治疗效果显著优于单一使用诺欣妥,疗效确切,促进预后。

Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of Noxintuo combined with radix astragali replenishing qi dropping pills in treatment of hypertension with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 400 patients with hypertension and heart failure in Wuwei City Liangzhou Hospital Of Gansu from December 2019 to December 2020 as research targets,and divided them into observation group 200 cases and control group 200 cases according to admission time.Control group was treated with routine treatment method of clinical diseases-nuoxintuo oral treatment,observation group with Nuoxintuo combined with radix astragali replenishing qi dropping pills,with treatment of 180d.Difference of heart rate,blood pressure,cardiac function,cardiac parameters,pro-BNP and C-reactive protein(CRP)was analyzed.At the same time,recurrence probability and length of saty of patients was compared.Results Whole treatment comparison showed,effective rate of cardiac function in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between levels of heart rate,blood pressure,pulse,left ventricular end diastolic(EDV),end systolic blood volume(ESV),cardiac output(CO),ejection fraction(EF),stroke output(SV),pro BNP and CR before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,above indexes of two groups had significant changes,change degree of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05);observation group had lower recurrence incidence and shorter length of stay than control group,comparison results had statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Noxintuo and radix astragali replenishing qi dropping pills can improve cardiac function in treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure significantly,promote positive changes in clinical vital signs,reduce levels of pro-BNP and CRP.Treatment effect of combination of two drugs is significantly better than Noxintuo only,with accurate curative effect and better prognosis.
