摘要
目的 分析在处理新生儿中心静脉置管导管异位问题的过程中,不同体位脉冲式冲管的临床应用价值。方法 选择2020年3月-2021年2月在本院接受中心静脉置管后出现导管异位问题的新生儿46例为研究对象,对照组新生儿采用常规方式进行调整,观察组新生儿需要根据导管头端所处的位置调整至不同体位,通过脉冲式冲管的方式进行调整。对两组新生儿导管复位的成功率以及并发症的发生率进行统计。结果 观察组导管复位成功率为95.65%,对照组导管复位成功率为82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总并发症发生率为4.35%,对照组患者总并发症发生率为17.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从本次研究结果来看,相比于对照组新生儿,观察组新生儿导管复位的成功率整体更高,患者发生并发症的概率整体更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在针对新生儿中心静脉置管导管异位的问题进行调整的过程中,采用不同体位脉冲式冲管的调整方式能够有效提升患者导管复位的成功率,降低患者并发症的发生率,临床推广价值整体更高。
Objective To analyze clinical application value of pulse catheter in different body positions in treatment of ectopic central venous catheter in neonates.Methods The paper chose 46 neonates with catheter heterotopic problems after receiving central venous catheterization in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 as study subjects.Control group neonates were adjusted by routine methods,and observation group neonates adjusted to different positions according to position of catheter tip by pulse catheter flushing.Success rate of catheter repositioning and complications incidence between two groups was statistically analyzed.Results Success rate of catheter reduction was 95.65%in observation group and 82.61%in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Ttotal complication incidence was 4.35%in observation group and 17.40%in control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Study results showed,success rate of catheter repositioning in observation group was higher overall than control group,complications incidence was lower overall,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion During adjustment process of ectopic central venous catheters of neonates,Adjustment method of pulse catheter flushing in different positions can effectively improve success rate of catheter restoration in patients,reduce incidence of complications,which has higher overall clinical promotion value.
