中药炮制方法对临床应用疗效的分析

目的 探究分析将中药配伍炮制剂型与给药途径以及合理用药管理应用于中药的应用管理中,分析对患者合理用药造成的影响。方法 将2019年6~12月作为研究时段,在该时段于本院开展中药配伍炮制剂型处理,在配伍炮制剂型处理完成后,录入该时段本院开具的中药方剂68份作为研究对象进行对比,记录为实验组,同时直接在2019年1~5月,将本院开具的中药方剂68份作为研究对象进行对比,记录为对照组。在处理完成后,由本院医务人员对两组中的配伍炮制剂型错误以及患者用药后不良反应发生状况进行记录,分析中药配伍炮制剂型对合理用药产生的促进作用。结果 在实验结果中发现对照组中出现配伍错误、剂型应用不当以及重复用药的事件,相较于实验组来说明显更高,组内对比差异显著(P<0.05)。除此之外,在实验结果中发现实验组中患者用药过程中的不良毒性应用状况相较于对照组更低,两组数据经统计分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 中药是临床上常用的治疗方式,而为了保障患者的治疗效果,一方面需要对患者进行辨证治疗,另一方面需要根据患者的临床病症开展有效的中药配伍炮制剂型,这样能够在一定程度上促进合理用药,使患者的临床病情得到有效的改善。

Objective To explore and analyze effect of preparation form of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,administration way and rational drug use management for rational drug use of patients in TCM application and management.Methods With research period of being from June 2019 to December 2019,our hospital carried on compatibility and preparation processing of traditional Chinese medicine,after concomitant and processed dosage forms were processed,compared 68 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions issued by our hospital during the period,recorded as experimental group,and 68 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions issued by our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019,recorded as control group.After treatment,medical staff of our hospital recorded errors in preparation of compatible preparations between two groups and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,analyzed promotion of preparation of compatible preparations of traditional Chinese medicine on rational drug use.Results In experimental results,it was found that events of compatibility errors,improper application of dosage forms and repeated use of drugs in control group were significantly more than experimental group,difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).In addition,experimental results showed,important application of adverse toxicity of patients in experimental group was lower than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is common clinical application,to ensure treatment effect,on one hand,it is necessary to carry out syndrome differentiation and treatment for patients,on the other hand,it is necessary to carry out effective preparation of compatible traditional Chinese medicine according to clinical symptoms of patients,which can promote rational use of drugs to some certain extent and improve clinical condition effectively.
