心肺运动试验在PCI术后康复效果评估中的应用

目的 探究心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise testing,CPET)在PCI术后康复效果评估中的应用价值。方法 选择近年在本院接受PCI介入治疗的120例慢性冠状动脉综合征(chronic coronary syndrome,CCS)患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规心脏运动康复治疗,观察组CPET试验指导下进行运动康复治疗,对比两组CPET核心指标、心功能及运动耐量。结果 观察组治疗后的无氧阈值、峰值摄氧量、峰值氧脉搏、峰值负荷功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的LVEF值高于对照组(P<0.05),且其治疗后的LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的6MWD试验高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在PCI术后实施CPET试验指导下制定的运动处方,能进一步提高心肺运动功能,改善心功能,提高运动耐量。

Objective To explore application value of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)in evaluation of rehabilitation effect after PCI.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with chronic coronary syndrome(CCS)received PCI intervention in our hospital in recent years,and divided them into two groups randomly,60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine cardiac exercise rehabilitation,and observation group with exercise rehabilitation under guidance of CPET test.Core indexes of CPET,cardiac function and exercise tolerance between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,anaerobic threshold,peak oxygen uptake,peak oxygen pulse and peak load power in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).LVEF value of observation group after treatment was higher than control group(P.6MWD) test in observation group after treatment was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise prescription formulated under guidance of CPET test after PCI can improve cardiopulmonary exercise function,and cardiac function and exercise tolerance further.
