关于芪苈强心胶囊治疗心力衰竭的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of Qili Cardiotonic Capsule in Treatment of Heart Failure

目的 对芪苈强心胶囊治疗心力衰竭的临床效果及相应的安全性进行有效分析。方法 检索2021年1月1日之前发表的关于芪苈强心胶囊对心力衰竭的随机对照试验文献,并且依照纳入及排除的原则,对合格文献予以纳入。通过Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具,对选定的16篇文献进行有效的风险性评估,并且在研究过程中从相应的文本及表格中分别对干预组与对照组在进行综合治疗前后所拥有的评价指标及相应的样本进行有效的提取,通过revman5.2.6软件进行综合性分析。结果 此次研究的16个研究数据中,一共拥有1422位研究对象,其中采取传统治疗方式的对照组一共699例,而应用芪苈强心组的对照组一共有723例,通过Meta分析可以得知整体研究过程中,在常规的治疗过程中加之以芪苈强心胶囊后,能够使心力衰竭患者的症状得到有效的改善。结论 通过此次研究可以证明芪苈强心胶囊在应用过程中对于心力衰竭的治疗疗效相对较好。

Objective To analyze clinical effect and safety of Qili cardiotonic capsule in treatment of heart failure.Methods The paper searched literatures of randomized controlled trials of Qili cardiotonic capsule published before January 1,2021,qualified literatures were included according to principles of inclusion and exclusion.With Cochrane Bias Risk Assessment tool,the paper carried out effective risk assessment for selected 16 articles,extracted evaluation indicators and corresponding samples of intervention group and control group before and after comprehensive treatment from corresponding text and tables,and comprehensive analysis with revman 5.2.6 software.Results During process of data analysis of 16 studies,there were 1422 cases in total,699 cases in control group was treated with traditional treatment,and 723 cases in control group with Qili cardiotonic capsule.Based on meta-analysis,it can be known that symptoms of heart failure patients during overall study process can be improved effectively treated with Qili cardiotonic capsule.Conclusion The study can prove that Qili cardiotonic capsule has relatively good curative effect on heart failure in application course.
