优质护理在腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果观察

Effect Observation of Quality Nursing in Laparoscopic Colorectal CancerRadical Surgery

目的 分析在腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者护理中实施优质护理的效果。方法 将腹腔镜下接受结直肠癌根治术治疗的患者选为研究主体,共60例,均为2019年1月-2020年6月收治,以对照组和观察组区分,每组30例,其中行常规护理的为对照组,行优质护理的为观察组,比较两组护理结果。结果 观察组和对照组术后并发症发生率分别为10.0%和23.3%,数据结果对比,观察组更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组导管留置时间为(1.5±0.5)d、肛门首次排气时间为(1.3±0.6)d、进食时间为(1.4±0.4)d、住院时间为(7.2±1.2)d,四项术后恢复时间均比对照组短,有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组的SAS、SDS评分分别为(36.2±4.7)分、(34.6±4.2)分,两组间对比后,观察组的评分更低,有明显差别(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为100.0%,较对照组有更高表现,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者护理中,对患者实施优质护理,可以有效提高患者治疗效果及预后效果,调整其围术期的不良心态,促进患者病情在短时间内有所好转,进一步提高患者对护理工作的认可度和满意度。

Objective To analyze effect of quality nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer from January 2019 to June 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group with quality nursing.Nursing results between two groups were compared.Results Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group and control group was 10.0%and 23.3%respectively.Data comparison showed,observation group had lower complications incidence,with significant difference(P<0.05).Indwelling time of catheter in observation group was(1.5±0.5)days,first anal exhaust time was(1.3±0.6)days,eating time was(1.4±0.4)days,length of stay was(7.2±1.2)days.Recovery time of four operations was shorter than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of observation group were(36.2±4.7)and(34.6±4.2)respectively.After comparison between two groups,scores of observation group were lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 100.0%,higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery,quality nursing can improve treatment effect and prognosis of patients effectively,adjust their bad mentality in perioperative period,improve condition of patients in a short time,enhance recognition and satisfaction degree of patients with nursing work.
