手法乳房按摩在哺乳期急性乳腺炎中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Manual Breast Massage on Acute Mastitis DuringLactation

目的 观察手法乳房按摩在哺乳期急性乳腺炎中的效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将150例符合纳入标准的急性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者(75例)采用常规治疗,研究组患者(75例)在常规治疗的基础上联合手法按摩,比较两组的临床疗效、满意度及症状。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组继续哺乳率高于对照组,研究组疼痛缓解时间、复发率少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手法乳房按摩可使哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者的疼痛时间及复发率减少,使继续哺乳率升高,提高了治疗效果,提升了患者满意度。

Objective To observe effect of manual breast massage on acute mastitis during lactation.Methods The paper divided 150 cases acute mastitis patients met inclusion criteria into control group and study group by random digital table method.Control group(75 cases)were treated with routine treatment,and study group(75 cases)with manual massage on the basis of routine treatment.Clinical effect,satisfaction degree and symptoms between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of treatment in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Continuous lactation rate of study group was higher than control group,pain relief time and recurrence rate of study group was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual breast massage can reduce pain time and recurrence rate of patients with acute mastitis during lactation,increase continued lactation rate,improve treatment effect,and satisfaction degree of patients.
