西地兰+硝酸甘油+美托洛尔治疗左心衰合并房颤的心功能标志物变化及效果

Changes and Effect of Cardiac Function Markers of Cedilan+Nitroglycerin+Metoprolol in Treatment of Left Heart Failure with Atrial Fibrillation

目的 分析西地兰联合硝酸甘油、美托洛尔治疗左心衰合并房颤的心功能标志物变化及效果。方法 选取本院2019年3月-2020年11月收治的92例左心衰合并房颤患者为研究对象,采取随机摸球法分为两组,对照组46例采用西地兰结合硝酸甘油治疗,观察组46例采用西地兰、硝酸甘油联合美托洛尔治疗,分析两组患者一般资料、心功能指标、不良反应、总有效率。结果 治疗前,两组患者的肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、CK-MB/CK、肌钙蛋白(cTN-Ⅰ)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者CK-MB、CK-MB/CK和cTN-Ⅰ指标、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率与对照组比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 为左心衰合并房颤患者予以西地兰、硝酸甘油、美托洛尔联合治疗时可有效改善心功能、效果,不良反应不会显著增加。

Objective To analyze changes and effect of cardiac function markers of cedilanid combined with nitroglycerin and metoprolol in treatment of left heart failure with atrial fibrillation.Methods The paper chose 92 patients with left heart failure and atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly by touch ball method.46 cases in control group were treated with cedilanid combined with nitroglycerin,and 46 cases in observation group with cedilanid,nitroglycerin combined with metoprolol.General data,cardiac function indicators,adverse reactions,and total effective rate between two groups were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in indexes of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),CK-MB/CK and troponin(cTN-Ⅰ)between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,indexes of CK-MB,CK-MB/CK and cTN-Ⅰand total effective rate in observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).here was no significant difference in adverse reaction incidence between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of cedilanid,nitroglycerin and metoprolol can effectively improve cardiac function and effect of patients with left heart failure and atrial fibrillation,with no significant increase in adverse reactions.
