大蒜素治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并冠心病的疗效

Curative Effect of Allicin on Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndromewith Coronary Heart Disease

目的 分析大蒜素治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并冠心病的效果。方法 选取本院2020年2月-2021年2月收治的50例OSAHS合并冠心病的患者,分为观察组和对照组,均接受基础治疗,额外给予观察组患者大蒜素治疗。比对两组治疗前后血压水平、三项内皮血管功能指标、OSAHS病情分级分布情况。结果 (1)治疗前,两组血压水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血压低于对照组(P<0.05),且更接近正常水平。(2)治疗前,两组FMD、NO、ET-1水平均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FMD、NO水平均有所降低,ET-1水平有所提升,但观察组的降低及提升幅度均超过对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前,两组OSAHS病情轻度、中度、重度、严重分级分布情况均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组轻度例数增长的幅度及重度减小幅度超过对照组(P<0.05),两组中度和十分严重变化差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论 大蒜素应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并冠心病治疗时,可有效改善患者血压、内皮依赖性血流介导的血管舒张功能、血清一氧化氮、血浆内皮素1水平,可在一定程度上减轻OSAHS病情严重程度。

Objective To analyze effect of allicin in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 50 cases OSAHS patients complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021,and divided them into observation group and control group.Both of them received basic treatment,and observation group was additionally treated with allicin.Blood pressure level,three endothelial function indicators and distribution of OSAHS disease grade before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results①Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,blood pressure of patients in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05),which was close to normal level.②Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of FMD,NO and ET-1 between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of FMD and NO decreased and ET-1 level increased in both groups,decrease and increase in observation group was bigger than control group(P<0.05).③Before treatment,there was no significant difference in distribution of mild,moderate,severe and severe grades of OSAHS between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,number increase of mild cases in observation group and number decrease of severe cases were more than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between moderate and very serious changes between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Allicin can improve blood pressure,endothelium-dependent blood flow-mediated vasodilation function,serum nitric oxide and plasma endothelin-1 levels of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome patients combined with coronary heart disease effectively,and reduce severity of OSAHS to some certain extent.
