左旋甲状腺素对合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的复发性流产孕妇妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Levothyroxine on Pregnancy Outcome of Recurrent AbortionPregnant Women with Subclinical Hypothyroidism

目的 研究亚临床甲状腺功能减退的复发性流产(recurrent abortion,RSA)病患接受左旋甲状腺素治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法 列入2019年8月-2021年8月本院收治的亚临床甲减的RSA病患120例,通过电脑随机抽取法将其分为常例、研究两组,每组各60例。常例组病患仅接受相关健康告知,不接受药物治疗;研究组给予左旋甲状腺素进行治疗。对比两组病患治疗后的各项不良妊娠结局发生率及血清甲状腺激素水平变化情况。结果 两组病患接受治疗前血清甲状腺激素水平比对数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组病患的各项指标均趋近于正常值范围,且研究组病患的血清甲状腺激素水平变化情况均显著优于常例组病患(P<0.05);研究组病患的各项不良妊娠结局发生率均显著低于常例组病患,比对数据具备差异性统计区别(P<0.05)。结论 对于亚临床甲减的RSA病患给予左旋甲状腺素进行给药治疗,可快速缓解病患的临床症状,改善治疗效果,稳定甲状腺激素相关临床指标水平,从而减少不良妊娠结局的发生风险,推荐使用。

Objective To study effect of levothyroxine treatment on pregnancy outcome of patients with recurrent abortion(RSA)with subclinical hypothyroidism(hereinafter referred to as subclinical hypothyroidism).Methods The paper chose 120 cases RSA patients with subclinical hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021,and divided them into two groups by computer random sampling:normal group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.Normal group was treated with relevant health information only,without medication;study group with levothyroxine.Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and changes of serum thyroid hormone levels were compared between two groups after treatment.Results Comparison data of serum thyroid hormone levels of patients between two groups before treatment showed statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators of two groups were close to normal range,changes of serum thyroid hormone levels of study group were significantly better than normal group;incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of study group was significantly lower than normal group,comparison data showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms of RSA patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,improve treatment effect,stabilize clinical indicators level related to thyroid hormone,reduce risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is recommended for applicaiton.
