手术室优质护理在高龄患者髋关节置换术中的应用研究

Application Study of Quality Nursing in Operation Room for Elderly Patientswith Hip Replacement

目的 对手术室优质护理在高龄患者髋关节置换术中的临床运用情况进行观察与探究,以了解该种护理方式的临床价值。方法 抽取本院自2019年1月-2020年1月所接诊的行髋关节置换术者90例作为观察对象,按入院前后顺序将其分为常规组与优质组,常规组45例患者实施常规基础护理措施,在此前提下,对优质组45例患者再予以手术室优质护理措施。比较上述两组患者的手术基本情况(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间)、手术前后髋关节功能[Harris髋关节功能评估量表(Harris)]、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果 优质组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间等均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组患者手术后的Harris评分显著高于本组手术前及常规组手术后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组患者并发症发生率(4.4%)低于常规组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组患者总满意度(95.6%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对实施髋关节置换术的高龄患者予以手术室优质护理,可获得较好的效果,不但能改善患者的髋关节功能,还可减少并发症的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To observe and explore clinical application of quality nursing in operating room for elderly patients with hip replacement,and understand clinical value of nursing method.Methods The paper chose 90 cases hip replacement patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 as observation objects,and divided them into routine group and quality group according to admission order.45 cases in routine group were treated with routine basic nursing measures,45 cases in quality group with quality nursing measures in operating room on the basis.Basic operation conditions(operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay),hip joint function before and after operation[Harris hip joint function evaluation scale(Harris)],complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of quality group was significantly better than routine group(P<0.05).Harris scores of quality group after operation were significantly higher than before operation and after operation in routine group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in quality group(4.4%)was significantly lower than routine group(20.0%)(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of quality group(95.6%)was higher than control group(80.0%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing in operating room can achieve better results,improve function of hip joint,reduce complications incidence,improve nursing satisfaction degree of elderly patients with hip replacement,which has clinical promotion value.
