基于CiteSpace对2012—2021年我国糖尿病中医护理研究热点与趋势的文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of research hotspots and trends of TCM nursing of diabetes in China from 2012 to 2021 based on CiteSpace

目的 探讨近十年我国糖尿病在中医护理领域的研究热点与发展趋势,以期为糖尿病中医护理领域的学术研究提供借鉴和参考。方法 以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对2012—2021年糖尿病中医护理相关文献从发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词4个方面进行数据分析和可视化。结果最终纳入文献774篇。发文量呈现先上升后下降的倒“V”型趋势,安徽中医药大学第一附属医院管玉香在该研究领域发文量排名第一,江苏省中医院在该领域的研究机构中发文量位居全国首位,通过关键词分析可得,中医特色疗法防治糖尿病及其并发症、合并症等是该领域的研究热点,近年来关键词突现强度最高的是“健康教育”。结论 糖尿病中医护理领域的研究内容在不断扩展与深化,但研究论文的数量与创新性有待进一步提升,未来应关注该领域研究前沿,全面推进糖尿病中医护理向专业化方向发展。

Objective To investigate the research hotspots and development trends of diabetes in the field of TCM nursing in China in recent ten years,so as to provide experience and reference for academic researches of diabetes in the field of TCM nursing.Methods With CNKI as the data source,CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to analyze and visualize the data of diabetes related TCM nursing papers from 2012 to 2021 in terms of the number of published papers,authors,research institutions and keywords.Results Finally,774 papers were included.The number of published papers showed an inverted“V”trend of first rising and then declining.Guan Yuxiang,who was from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,ranked first in the number of published papers in this research field.Meanwhile,Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranked first in the whole country in terms of the number of published papers by research institutions in this field.Through keyword analysis,it could be concluded that the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications and comorbidities by TCM characteristic therapy was a research hotspot in this field,with"health education"being the most prominent keyword in recent years.Conclusion The research content of diabetes in the field of TCM nursing has been continuously expanding and deepening,but the number and innovation of research papers need to be further improved.In the future,we shall pay attention to the research frontier in this field and comprehensively promote the development of TCM nursin g of diabetes towards specialization.
