形成性评价在儿科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨在儿科临床实习教学中应用形成性评价的有效性。方法 选取2019年郑州市第一人民医院儿科临床实习的40名医学本科生为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。研究组采用形成性评价教学评价方式,对照组采用终结性评价方式,比较两组学生教学结束后的年度考试成绩,同时研究组学生对形成性评价体系进行反馈。结果 研究组学生技能考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),80.00%的学生认为形成性评价教学体系可增强临床思维;85.00%的学生认为该教学评价体系可提高医患沟通能力;90.00%的学生认为该教学评价体系可提高技能操作能力;80.00%的学生认为该教学评价体系可激发学习兴趣。结论 形成性评价有助于提高学生自学能力、创新能力以及解决问题的能力,提高儿科学临床实习的教学质量。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of formative evaluation in pediatrics clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 40 medical undergraduates in clinical practice of pediatrics in the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City in 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group(n=20)and the control group(n=20).The study group received formative evaluation teaching evaluation method,while the control group received summative evaluation method.The annual examination scores of the two groups of students after teaching were compared,and feedbacks were given on the formative evaluation system for students in the study group.Results The skill test scores of students in the study group were remarkably higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).80.00%of students thought that formative evaluation teaching system could enhance clinical thinking;85.00%of the students thought that the teaching evaluation system could improve the doctor-patient communication ability;90.00%of the students think that the teaching evaluation system can improve their skill operation ability;80.00%of students believe that the teaching evaluation system can stimulate learning interest.Conclusion Formative evaluation is helpful to improve students’self-learning ability,innovation ability and problem-solving ability,and improve the teaching quality of pediatrics clinical practice.
