基于阶段的心理应激干预在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果

Application efficacy of stage-based psychological stress intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的 观察基于阶段的心理应激干预应用于慢性盆腔炎患者的效果。方法 选取厦门弘爱妇产医院(原厦门弘爱医院妇产科)2020年1月至2022年1月收治的137例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=68)和观察组(n=69),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于阶段的心理应激干预。比较两组干预前后心理健康状态、心理应激反应、护理依从性、护理满意度。结果 干预后观察组心理健康状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后观察组心率、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组饮食、用药、卫生管理、心理调节依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理总满意度为94.20%(65/69),高于对照组的79.41%(54/68),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 慢性盆腔炎患者实施基于阶段的心理应激干预后,不仅能提升心理健康状态,改善心理应激反应,且能增强患者的依从性,对提高护理满意度有重要作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of stage-based psychological stress intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 137 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to and treated in Xiamen Humanity Maternity Hospital(formerly Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xiamen Humanity Hospital)from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected for research.And they were divided into the control group(n=68)and the observation group(n=69)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with stage-based psychological stress intervention.The psychological health status,psychological stress reaction,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the psychological health status of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of dietary compliance,medication compliance,hygiene management compliance and psychological adjustment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.20%(65/69),higher than 79.41%(54/68)of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage-based psychological stress intervention for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can not only increase the psychological health status and improve the psychological stress reaction,but also enhance the patients’compliance.Therefore,it plays an important role in improving nursing satisfaction.
