中青年头皮银屑病患者歧视知觉及正念水平与体像障碍相关性研究

Correlation between discrimination perception,mindfulness level and body image disorder in middle-aged and young patients with scalp psoriasis

目的探讨中青年头皮银屑病患者歧视知觉及正念水平与体像障碍的相关性,为临床干预策略的制定提供借鉴。方法采用歧视知觉量表、五因素正念觉知量表及体像障碍评定量表对109例中青年头皮银屑病患者开展调查,分析其歧视知觉、正念水平及体像障碍情况,运用Spearman相关分析中青年头皮银屑病患者歧视知觉及正念水平与体像障碍的相关性。结果109例中青年头皮银屑病患者平均歧视知觉量表得分为(49.91±11.68)分,五因素正念觉知量表得分为(105.29±23.47)分,体像障碍评定量表得分为(31.56±8.43)分。Spearman相关分析显示,中青年头皮银屑病患者体像障碍与歧视知觉呈正相关(r=0.517,P<0.001),与正念水平呈负相关(r=-0.495,P<0.001)。结论中青年头皮银屑病患者体像障碍水平较高,正念水平偏低,体像障碍与歧视知觉呈正相关,与正念水平呈负相关,临床应重视该类患者的正念水平干预,以降低其歧视知觉和体像障碍水平。

Objective To explore the correlation between discrimination perception,mindfulness level and body image disorder in middle-aged and young patients with scalp psoriasis,and to provide reference for the formulation of clinical intervention strategies.Methods 109 middle-aged and young patients with scalp psoriasis were investigated with discrimination perception scale,five-factor mindfulness awareness scale and body image disorder assessment scale.Their discrimination perception,mindfulness level and body image disorder were analyzed.The correlation between discrimination perception,mindfulness level and body image disorder was analyzed with Spearman correlation.Results The average discrimination perception scale score of 109 middle-aged and young patients with scalp psoriasis was(49.91±11.68)points,the five-factor mindfulness awareness scale score was(105.29±23.47)points,and the body image impairment assessment scale score was(31.56±8.43)points.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the body image disorder of middle-aged and young patients with scalp psoriasis was positively correlated with discrimination perception(r=0.517,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with the level of mindfulness(r=-0.495,P<0.001).Conclusion The level of body image disorder in middle-aged and young patients with scalp psoriasis is high,and the level of mindfulness is low.The body image disorder is positively correlated with discrimination perception,and negatively correlated with mindfulness level.Clinical attention should be paid to the mindfulness level intervention in such patients to reduce their discrimination perception and the level of body image disorder.
