益气温阳活血方联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

The efficacy of the Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription plus Western medicine on unstable angina pectoris

目的:分析益气温阳活血方配合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:选取济南市莱芜区牛泉中心卫生院2019年6月-2020年11月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者80例,随机抽签分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用西药治疗方案;观察组采用西药治疗方案联合益气温阳活血方治疗。对比两组的治疗效果,中医症状评分,心功能,血液流变学等指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症状评分、心功能、血液流变学指标、血清炎症因子水平对比,差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,组间对比,观察组中医症状评分、心功能、血液流变学指标、血清炎症因子改善水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气温阳活血方配合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛可缓解患者的症状,改善心功能、炎症反应,效果显著。

Objective:To analyse the effect of the Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription(益气温阳活血方)plus Western medicine on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted from June 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each.The control group used Western medicine.The observation group used Western medicine treatment plus the Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,cardiac function,blood rheological index,and serum inflammatory factor level,P>0.05.After treatment,the improvement level of TCM symptom score,cardiac function,blood rheological index,and serum inflammatory factor in the observation group was statistically significant,P<0.05,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription can relieve symptoms,and ameliorate cardiac function and inflammatory reaction.
