某地市级公立医院医疗总值班管理的实践探索

医疗质量的提升和持续改进是公立医院高质量发展的根基,也是医院生存与发展的永恒话题。随着医改的深入和公立医院高质量发展的需求,国家对医院医疗质量管理的要求也越来越高,因此需要临床经验丰富的医疗总值班负责非工作日全院的医疗救治工作。南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院在实施医疗总值班管理方面做了一些有益的探索。本文阐述了实施医疗总值班制度的意义和医院落实医疗总值班制度的具体做法,包括人员构成及职责,工作方法与内容,医疗总值班人员安排,督查流程,以及定期考核等,并取得了显著成效,为公立医院提升医疗质量管理水平提供借鉴。

The promotion and continuous improvement of medical quality is the foundation of high-quality development of public hospitals,and it is also an eternal topic of hospital survival and development.With the deepening of medical reform and the demand for high-quality development of public hospitals,the country's requirements for medical quality management in hospitals are getting higher and higher,so it is necessary for the chief medical officer with clinical experience to be responsible for medical treatment in the whole hospital on non-working days.Huai'an No.1 People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University has made some useful explorations in implementing the management of medical duty.In this paper,the author expounds the significance of implementing the general medical duty system and the specific methods of implementing the general medical duty system in hospitals,including the personnel composition and responsibilities,working methods and contents,the arrangement of the general medical duty personnel,the supervision process,and regular assessment,and has achieved remarkable results,which provides reference for public hospitals to improve the medical quality management level.
