通脉解郁汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的效果

Effect of Tongmai Jieyu Decoction on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的对冠心病稳定型心绞痛治疗中通脉解郁汤的作用进行分析。方法选择2020年12月—2022年12月聊城市人民医院60例冠心病稳定型心绞痛(心肝郁滞型)患者作为分析样本,按照随机数表分组法,将其分为研究组(通脉解郁汤)与对照组(给予常规西药治疗),各30例。对比两组的心绞痛发作情况、中医证候积分、血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、血小板(platelet,PLT)、血脂指标、治疗有效率情况。结果研究组心绞痛发作情况各指标及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组Hcy、hs-CRP、PLT均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与研究组相比,对照组的各血脂指标水平均较高(P<0.05)。对照组治疗有效率低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论中药通脉解郁汤治疗可行性高,对抑制心绞痛具有积极意义,可以改善血脂指标及Hcy、hs-CRP、PLT,疗效显著,可实现最佳预后结局。

Objective To explore the effect of Tongmai Jieyu decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Methods A total of 60 patients with stable angina pectoris(stagnation of heart and liver)of coronary heart disease were selected as analysis samples from Liaocheng People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022,and were divided into the study group(Tongmai Jieyu decoction)and the control group(conventional western medicine treatment),each group had 30 patients according to random number table grouping method.The incidence of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,serum homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein were compared between the two groups,(hs-CRP),platelet(PLT),blood lipid indicators,and treatment effectiveness.Results The scores of angina attack and TCM syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hcy,hs-CRP and PLT of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the study group,the serum lipid levels in the control group were higher(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Jieyu decoction is highly feasible and has positive significance in inhibiting angina pectoris.It can improve blood lipid indexes,Hcy,hs-CRP and PLT with high curative effect and achieve the best prognosis.
