目的探讨PK7300全自动血型分析仪在血型检测过程中的规范使用与维护,确保血型定型的准确性。方法2012年10月引进PK7300至2022年12月,结合实验室环境与设施、标本与试剂准备、PK7300全自动血型分析系统验证与评价、设备的维护与保养、室内质量控制、结果核对中的诸要素分别进行探讨。结果PK7300全自动血型分析仪降低了人为因素的影响,但多种因素可能造成判读失败,仪器设备的维护与保养尤为重要。判读结果时需要与手工试管法结合,才能保证血型鉴定的准确性。结论PK7300全自动血型分析系统大大提高了工作质量和效率,实现了检测结果全程的溯源及查证,保证了临床用血安全。

Objective To discuss the standard use and maintenance of PK7300 automatic blood group analyzer in blood group detection,so as to ensure the accuracy of blood group typing.Methods PK7300 was introduced from October 2012 to December 2022,and several factors including laboratory environment and facilities,preparation of specimens and reagents,verification and evaluation of PK7300 automatic blood group analysis system,maintenance and maintenance of equipment,indoor quality control and resμLt verification were discussed respectively.Results PK7300 automatic blood group analyzer reduces the influence of human factors,but a variety of factors may cause interpretation failure,the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment is particμLarly important.In order to ensure the accuracy of blood type identification,the interpretation resμLts need to be combined with the manual test tube method.Conclusion PK7300 automatic blood group analysis system greatly improves the quality and efficiency of the work,realizes the whole process of detection resμLts traceability and verification,and ensures the safety of clinical blood use.
