基于“治未病”理论防治慢性肾脏病

Treating and preventing chronic kidney disease based on TCM theory of preventive treatmment of disease

近年来慢性肾脏病发病率逐渐增高,给患者家庭及社会带来了沉重负担。现代医学治疗慢性肾脏病并无特效药物,最关键的是预防。在还没有发病时就应该注意生活方式,减少尿蛋白,延缓肾损害,杜绝并发症的产生,这与中医“治未病”的理论思想是一致的。“治未病”最早见于《黄帝内经》,是中医学理论的重要防治思想。文章将从“治未病”理论入手,探讨防治慢性肾脏病“未病之前先预防、患病之时防恶化、治愈之后防反复”这3个方面的重要临床应用。从运动、饮食、心理等几个方面重点分析,防微杜渐,为运用中医药手段预防慢性肾脏病提供借鉴。文章将“治未病”思想运用于慢性肾脏病的防治中,发现能有效降低患病率与病死率,在延缓慢性肾脏病进展演变、提高患者生活质量方面均有一定的积极作用,为中医药防治慢性肾脏病提供了一定的治疗思路。

In recent years,the incidence of chronic kidney disease has gradually increased,bringing a heavy burden to social and families.However,modern medicine has no specific medicine for chronic kidney disease,and prevention is the most important.People should consciously pay attention to lifestyle beforehand to reduce urinary protein,delay kidney damage and eliminate the occurrence of complications,which is consistent with TCM theory of preventive treatment of disease.Preventive treatment of disease was first seen in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),and is an important prevention and control thought of TCM theory.Based on TCM theory of preventive treatment of disease,this article will discuss the three important clinical applications on chronic kidney disease,namely preventing disease before sick,preventing changes when sick,and preventing recurrence after cure from the exercise,diet,psychology and other aspects to provide references for the use of traditional Chinese medicine means,so as to prevent chronic kidney disease.
