摘要
为建立标准化肉鸡舍内喷洒微生态制剂提升环境质量新技术,本试验对肉鸡生产性能及肉鸡较敏感的有害气体氨气等指标进行了全期对比监测,分析了舍内氨气含量及变化规律,在此基础上,结合感官评价及前人研究,确定氨气控制时间及氨气控制量,进而明确喷洒微生态制剂降氨时效规律。结果显示:全期平均日增重无显著性变化,但肉鸡成活率增加了2.08个百分点,料重比降低了0.07,欧指提高了15.90个点;氨气含量全期平均可降低50.00%;鸡舍预温期至4 d清粪前舍内氨气浓度较高,且呈逐日增高状态(超过10 mg/m3水平),清粪后逐渐降低,8 d后达3 mg/m3以下。研究提示,清粪前4 d氨气仍存在超标可能,为控制关键期,应加强氨气管理;另外,微生态制剂有一定降氨作用,可借助恒温喷洒降尘装置降低育雏期氨气浓度成本。
In order to establish a new technology of spraying probiotics in standardized broiler houses to improve environmental quality,the production performance of broilers and the sensitive harmful gas ammonia of broilers were monitored throughout the period,The ammonia content and change law in the house were analyzed.On this basis,combined with sensory evaluation and previous studies,determine the ammonia control time and ammonia control amount,and then clarify the ammonia reduction aging law of spraying probiotics.Spraying results showed that:There was no significant change in the average daily gain of the whole period,but the survival rate of broilers increased by 2.08 percentage points,the feed weight ratio decreased by 0.07,and the European index increased by 15.90 points;The average ammonia content can be reduced by 50.00%in the whole period;From the prewarming period to the 4th day before fecal cleaning,the ammonia concentration in the chicken house was high and increased day by day(more than 10 mg/m3),which gradually decreases after fecal cleaning and reaches below 3 mg/m3 after 8 d.Research suggested,ammonia may still exceed the standard 4 days before fecal cleaning.In order to control the critical period,ammonia management should be strengthened;In addition,probiotics could reduce ammonia to a certain extent,and the cost of ammonia concentration during brood could be reduced by means of constant temperature spraying and dust reduction device.
