摘要
我国是家禽养殖大国,每年出栏家禽量居世界前列。但家禽生产中仍存在许多问题,影响家禽健康,造成大量经济损失。橙皮苷是一种黄酮类物质,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抑菌、调控脂质代谢等生理功能,其来源丰富,具有规模化应用的前景。本文综述了橙皮苷的主要生理功能及其潜在的作用机理,并在此基础上探讨其在家禽生产中的应用。
China is one of the world primary producers of poultry industry.The annual poultry output ranks the top in the world.But there are still many problems in poultry production,which affect poultry health and cause a lot of economic losses.The sources are abundant and it has the prospect of large-scale application.In this paper,the main biological functions of hesperidin and the potential mechanisms have been reviewed to discuss the application prospect of hesperidin in poultry production.
