蛋白桑与豆渣混合发酵物对产蛋初期蛋鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响

摘要 为研究发酵豆渣(FS)以及蛋白桑与豆渣混合发酵物(FMS)对初产蛋鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取120日龄体重相近江南麻鸭母鸭300只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组添加10%FS,试验Ⅱ组添加10%FMS,试验期42 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加10%FMS可促进产蛋初期蛋鸭提前进入产蛋高峰期,较对照组产蛋率提高3.37%(P<0.05),平均蛋重提高2.50%(P<0.05),日产蛋重提高6.31%(P<0.05),平均日采食量提高2.48%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低3.21%(P<0.05)。FS及FMS对蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度无显著影响(P>0.05),FMS组较对照组哈氏单位提高6.11%(P<0.05),蛋黄a*提高25.37%(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加10%FMS能改善产蛋初期蛋鸭的产蛋性能及蛋品质。 This experiment was conducted to study the fermented soybean and fermentation of mulberry mixed soybean on laying perfomance and egg quality in the early laying stage of layer ducks.300 female Jiangnan ducks with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 3 dietary treatments with 4 replicates and 25 ducks with each pen.The control group were fed basal diet,while FⅠgroup and FⅡgroup received the same basal diet supplemented with 10%FS and 10%FMS respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed that 10%FMS in the diet promoted the laying ducks to the peak period of laying rate in advance.Compare to the control group,laying rate of FⅡgroup improved 3.37%(P<0.05),average egg weight improved 2.50%(P<0.05),daily egg mass improved 6.31%(P<0.05),average daily feed intake(ADFI)improved 2.48%(P<0.05)and the ratio of feed to egg(FCR)reduced 3.21%(P<0.05).There were no significant effect on egg shape index,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness between each group(P>0.05).Compare to the control group,haugh unit and the a*of yolk in FⅡgroup improved 6.11%(P<0.05)and 25.37%(P<0.05).These results indicated that adding 10%FMS to the diet could improve the laying performance and egg quality in the early laying stage of laying ducks.
