基于“态靶辨证”论述加味金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病

Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Jingui Shenqi Pills Based on the“State-target Strategy”

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,严重影响糖尿病患者生命质量及寿命。仝小林院士提出“态靶辨证”学术思想治疗糖尿病肾病有其独特优势,能有效减少蛋白尿,延缓透析时间。基于仝小林院士“态靶辨证”学术思想,临床观察到糖尿病肾病患者进入中晚期时,属于“虚”态,多辨为“阴阳两虚证”。现结合导师崔云竹教授临床经验,观察发现应用“金匮肾气丸”为调态方,可以调“阴阳两虚”证糖尿病肾病之“虚”态,同时加黄芪、葛根、水蛭为靶药精准打靶,态靶结合,效如桴鼓,能有效改善患者症状,提高其生命质量。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus,which seriously affects the quality of life and life expectancy of diabetic patients.Academician TONG Xiaolin has proposed the academic idea of“state-target strategy”for the treatment of DN,which has its unique advantages and can effectively reduce proteinuria and delay dialysis time.Based on academician TONG Xiaolin′s academic idea of“state-target strategy”,it can be observed clinically that when patients with DN enter the middle and late stage,they belong to the“deficient”state,mostly identified as“the syndrome of yin-yang deficiency”.The author combined the clinical experience of the supervisor and Professor CUI Yunzhu,and found that the application of Jingui Shenqi Pills as the modulating formula to regulate the“deficient”state of DP with“the syndrome of yin-yang deficiency”,while adding Astragali Radix,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,and Hirudo as target drugs to precisely hit the target.The combination of state and target can effectively improve patients′symptoms and their quality of life.
