摘要
常规系统传输电力监控信号时,采集的电力监控数据存在缺失,导致供电设备调度时间长,电力调度后的电压偏移量大。为此,设计基于多通信融合的智能供电保障与指挥系统。硬件方面,优化电力监控仪表硬件结构,设计仪表辅助电源电路;软件方面,调制衰减信号,选取最优多通信融合路径,传输电力监控信号,预处理采集电力监控数据,利用数据样本均值,代替缺失电力数据,以发电机组最优功率和最优增量成本为目标,智能指挥电力调度。实验结果表明,该设计系统缩短了供电设备调度时间,减小了电压偏移量,电力调度性能较优。
When the conventional system transmits power monitoring signals,the missing collected power monitoring data could lead to a long scheduling time for power supply equipment and a large voltage offset after power scheduling.Thereby,an intelligent power supply and command system based on the integration of multi-communication is designed.In terms of the hardware,the hardware structure of the power monitoring instrument is optimized,and the auxiliary power circuit of the meter is designed.In terms of the software,the attenuation signal is modulated,the optimal multi-communication fusion path is selected to transmit the power monitoring signal,and the power monitoring data are preprocessed and collected.Then,the missing power data is replaced by the average value of the data sample to intelligently command electric power dispatch with the optimal power and optimal incremental cost of the generator set being as the target.The experiment results show that the design system shortens the power supply equipment scheduling time,reduces the voltage offset,and the power scheduling performance is optimal.
