白内障日间手术应用人文关怀管理的效果分析

Effect analysis and follow-up of humanistic care in patients undergoing day-case cataract surgery

目的探讨白内障日间手术应用人文关怀管理的效果分析及随访情况。方法择取2020年3月至2021年8月收治的白内障日间手术患者80例,采用随机信封法的常规护理40例纳入对照组,人文关怀40例纳入研究组,分析2组不同护理结局。结果研究组术前心率、血压、血氧饱和度优于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理前心理焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后心理焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后视力改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疾病健康知识教育效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白内障日间手术患者,于围术期接受人文关怀管理,可改善患者术前生理心理应激反应,治疗期间心理焦虑状态,促进患者术后视力恢复,加强患者对相关健康知识掌握度,临床具备一定价值。

Objective To explore the effect analysis and follow-up of humanistic care in patients undergoing day-case cataract surgery.Methods The patients(n=80)undergoing day-case cataract surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to August 2021were randomized 1∶1 to receive either conventional care(the control group)or humanistic care(the study group)according to envelope method.The nursing outcomes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of preoperative physiological status and psychological stress reaction in the study group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the score of psychological anxiety before nursing between groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological anxiety,postoperative visual acuity,knowledge awareness of disease and health in the study group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing day-case cataract surgery,perioperative humanistic care can improve preoperative physiological and psychological stress reaction,psychological anxiety,promote the recovery of postoperative visual,strengthen the mastery of relevant health knowledge,and with certain clinical value.
