摘要
肺结核是全球单一致病菌引起死亡的头号病因,早期、快速、准确地诊断活动肺结核对该病的治疗及管理至关重要。近年来,肺结核免疫学、分子生物学诊断等方面取得了快速进展,这有助于临床上早期快速诊断肺结核及判定患者是否耐药,本文就肺结核诊断相关进展作一综述。
Tuberculosis is the leading cause of death by single pathogenic bacteria in the world. Early, rapid and accurate diagnosis of tuberculosis is very important for the treatment and management of this disease. In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in the immunology and molecular biology diagnosis of tuberculosis, which is helpful for the early and rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis and the determination of whether patients are resistant to drugs. This paper reviews the progress in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
